ABOUT
Bertha O’Neill has worked in the food service business for over twenty years. She is a graduate of Penn Foster College with certification in professional catering. She has worked with the ITT Sheraton Hotel in South Carolina, along with free-standing restaurant chains. Bertha is a certified bridal consultant and member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, North Carolina Chapter.
